Schrader 21230 Scanner and Programmer

  • The Schrader 21230 scanning and diagnostic tool is designed for servicing most TPMS-equipped vehicles sold in North America. Designed to program the sensor IDs directly into the vehicle's ECU, the Schrader 21230 eliminates the need for separate Original Equipment or aftermarket scan tools.
  • Currently compatible with Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia. Acura, Lexus, Infiniti, Honda, Subaru and Mitsubishi compatibility will be available in the near future.
  •  Plugs into a vehicle's OBDII port to transfer sensor IDs directly to the vehicle
  •  Activates the in-wheel sensors using 125 kHz continuous or modulated wave signals to begin transmitting data
  •  Triggers the vehicle's sensors so the vehicle will learn the positions of sensors in wheels whenever single or multiple sensors are replaced or when tires and wheels are rotated
  •  Intercepts sensor data for testing and triggering
  •  Decodes sensor data and provides visual response to ensure sensors are functioning properly
  •  Receives both 315 MHz and 433.92 MHz signals
  •  Other RF signals received do not confuse the signals
  •  Outputs sensor data to a PC via USB port to print reports
  •  Allows for faster activations and diagnostics with pre-selection process
  •  Can be programmed via USB connection
  •  Includes free software upgrades for the first 12 months
  •  Is lightweight and compact
  •  Audit feature will store up to 5 TPMS records
  • The Schrader 21230 kit includes:
  •  21230 tool
  •  ODBII plug-in cable
  •  Hard plastic case
  •  Magnet (necessary to activate some sensors)
  •  Protective rubber boot
  •  User guide and table
  •  One rechargeable battery and charger
  • Because the 21230 is lightweight and compact, it fits in a shirt pocket yet remains very durable and rugged. The tool has been drop-tested at distances exceeding 4 feet and the base design has been approved for OE dealership use.
  • The audit feature allows the tool to act as a memory stick when plugged into a computer. Once plugged into the USB port, sensor data can be retrieved and printed as a report. The tool decodes the data, making the audit feature possible. Retrievable data includes tire pressure, temperature, battery condition and Schrader part number. The LED display also provides this same information on a scroll display.
